We are very happy to offer for sale this incredible MX-5.
The car was purchased new by BBR and fitted with the extras from their range as follows;
- BBR200 conversion (upgraded camshafts, air intake and exhaust manifold plus ecu map)
-BBR Grand Tourer Rear Silencer
-BBR exhaust centre section
- Koni Suspension Dampers and Springs
- BBR four pot ‘big brake’ upgrade
- Eibach Anti Roll Bars
- 17 Inch OZ Ultraleggera Wheels with 215/45/17 Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres
The result of these upgrades is an MX-5 turned up to 11. The really great thing is that the core character of the car has been retained but it drives, stops and steers just that bit better.
The upgraded camshafts and ECU mapping have made the engine feel stronger and rev more freely, the exhaust has a nice burbly sound to it and the Koni suspension offers a vastly improved ride without sacrificing comfort.
The car was sold in 2016 to a mature owner who has had it up until now with annual visits to BBR for servicing. It was stored in a garage so the cherry on the cake is that the underside condition is also excellent.
